We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a background in Aged Care to join our growing team across multiple aged care facilities in the Wollongong area.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in Aged Care, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care while supporting residents’ health, wellbeing, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to aged care residents
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies and procedures
- Complete clinical assessments and care planning
- Monitor residents’ health conditions and respond to clinical changes
- Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses and Care Staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with aged care standards
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 6–12 months experience in Aged Care
- Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Current Police Check
